How we handle the information you choose to send us through this site. This policy describes only the data flow that this website actually uses.
When you use the contact form on this site, you choose to send us the following information:
We do not ask for, and the form does not collect, any other personal information. The site sets no advertising or marketing cookies.
We use this information for one purpose: to read your inquiry and respond to it. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.
Submissions are not stored in a database on this site. When you submit the form, the information is delivered as an email to our team through our email provider, Resend, who acts as a processor on our behalf and handles the message in transit.
For site analytics we use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, both cookieless and operated by Vercel as a processor on our behalf. They collect only aggregate traffic and performance metrics and do not track you across other websites. We do not run any marketing, advertising, or social-media tracking cookies.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. The only party that handles your submission besides our team is our email provider, Resend, and only to the extent needed to deliver your message to us. We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
We keep your inquiry only as long as we need it to handle your request and to maintain ordinary business records, after which it is deleted. We do not retain contact-form data indefinitely.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent us. To make a request, email info@sakind.com and tell us what you would like us to do. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR (for visitors in the EU and UK) and under the CCPA and CPRA (for California residents), including the right to know what we hold, the right to deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of in that respect. This is a standard posture stated here as a baseline and is subject to the legal review noted above.
